That’s right folks, after much prodding by my friends, i am whipping up a new batch of Dirt Snobs for the masses. as usual, they will each be special little individuals, hand etched and painted by yours truly, no two are alike cosmetically. this batch will be limited to 10, yes 10, and will probably vamos pretty quick. if you are interested in one, please shoot me an email at jay@littlefuji.com and let me know. i don’t take cash deposits, it’s insulting to both you and me, so i will put you on the list in the order the emails come in, and let you know when they are ready to ship (2-3 weeks). hey folks, effective immediately, i will not be taking in any more outside repair/mod/custom work. i will continue to service anything i have built in the past, as well as finish up any current projects i have going. I am trying to clear up some of these small projects to make room for bigger things i want to see happen in the near-ish future.

Hey there folks, after much ado about nothing, I humbly present to you the Dirt Snob! This is 2nd generation idea of the Econo-Boost, which will now be retired. The changes, while subtle, make me a happier guy and the pedal a quieter beast. Each Dirt Snob is hand-painted and etched, so each one will be different. I will have pics available for each individual pedal that is for sale, so if you see one that you just have to have, you will for sure get it.

My idea with this design was to give an option for more grit and harmonic content to an already established rig/pedal chain. It can be used to dirty up your spanky clean, monstrous wattage amp or make your already-pushed small combos over the edge. Unlike most other “boosters”, this pedal generates it’s clipping and character inside the circuit instead of slamming the front end of your amp or next pedal. This gives you the opportunity to use it in an already established dirt chain, and if you are using it out front, it will be extremely responsive to your guitar/pickup/control knob settings. Try rolling the gain down on your Muff-type pedals and hitting it with the Dirt Snob out front… you get all the beef with none of the mud. I think even the pickiest of gain connoisseurs will find a home in this single knob monster.

my lovely wife and i welcomed our first little one into the world April 17th. her name is charlotte ila, and both her and mom are doing amazingly well. Thanks to all who wished us good luck, i don’t know if i will update much of chuckers on this website, but if there is interest in my personal life stuff, i might do that.

I painted and did some mods for my friend Wayne Haskell in Toronto. the paint is 7 colors of pastel fleck over 3 shades of different pinks. i LOVE this. love it.
